Package Tours and Optional Tours Cancellations

All tours and services booked are subject to the following cancellation fees:
48 hours prior to arrival – no cancellation fee
48-24 hours prior to arrival – 50% cancellation fee
24 hours or less – 100% cancellation fee

In Yellowknife, Optional Tours must be booked and paid at the same time by 17:00 the day before the scheduled tour. Payment for Optional Tours is non-refundable unless a tour is cancelled by Beck’s Kennels, in which case clients receive full refunds for the cancelled tour. Beck’s Kennels reserves the right to cancel any tour due to circumstances beyond its control. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, poor weather conditions or charter flight irregularities.

Please Note: Optional Tour availability and departure may vary due to weather and daylight hours.

Scheduled Flight Delays and Cancellations

In the event of delays or cancellations of scheduled flights to Yellowknife (YZF) Beck’s Kennels will do everything we possibly can to ensure clients are well looked after. However, clients will receive no compensation or refunds for flight delays, cancellations or adjustments to their itinerary.
